The Role
We are looking for a Research Analyst (f/m/d) who is excited to join Alpas, a Y Combinator funded startup, to build the first dynamic global supplier search and automate supplier sourcing. Together with our team and our customers, we strongly believe that with the recent development and power of AI we can make supply chains more transparent, reliable, and sustainable. We are looking for a rockstar to support us on the most crucial product and data side.

Your responsibilities
- Developing a “deep dive understanding” of products/parts as well as manufacturing processes to improve our tech and algorithms
- Management and ownership of projects with our leading enterprise customers
- Support in daily operations
- Identification and evaluation of new data sources for our supplier search
- Documenting relevant information to optimize our supplier search process
- General support for the product team
Your experience
- First-hand experience in data or product research
- First-hand experience in the start-up environment or similar
- Affinity for tech and data science topics
- Excellent English – fluent German is a plus
- Familiar with Google Products: Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail
