The Role
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will act as a key support for our founder Isabel, gaining hands-on experience in the full range of a founder’s work. From day-to-day operations to strategic projects, you’ll contribute to moving the business forward while managing your own initiatives.

Your responsibilities
- Support our founder in her daily tasks.
- Assist in setting up, measuring, and improving processes across the Alpas organization.
- Conduct analyses on market segments, customers, and competitors.
- Help organize and plan customer meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and improve Alpas’ product and service offering.
- Contribute to Alpas’ expansion efforts into new customers, industries, and regions by assisting with go-to-market strategies.
Your profile

- High ambition to have a significant impact in a multi-billion Euro industry
- Strong drive to take full ownership of your own projects
- First experience and interest in fast-paced work environments (e.g., startups, consulting, finance).
- Affinity for tech and AI topics.
- Native-level German and excellent English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- At least 3 months time for the internship
