The role
As Founders’ Associate, you act as a sparring partner for our co-founders Isabel and Nils. You get to experience the full range of a founder’s work, from day-to-day operations to planning and executing highly strategic projects. In this role, you will take full responsibility for your own initiatives.

Your responsibilities
- Support our founders in their day-to-day work
- Set up, measure, and improve processes across the Alpas organization
- Run analyses across market segments, customers, and competitors
- Organize, plan, and run customer meetings and workshops
- Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and continuously
improve Alpas’ product and service offering
- Take full ownership of strategic initiatives to move the business forward
- Drive Alpas’ expansion efforts to new customers, industries, and countries by
defining go-to-market strategies
Your profile
- High ambition to have a significant impact in a multi-billion Euro industry
- Strong drive to take full ownership of your own projects
- Track record in fast-paced work environments (startup/consulting/finance)
- Affinity for tech and AI topics
- Native-level German and excellent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
